You don’t need restaurant experience to become a Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen franchise owner but a passion for great food and hospitality helps. Many of our franchise partners are first-time business owners, which is why we’ve built a comprehensive, hands-on training program designed to set you up for success. From day one, our team will be by your side as you prepare to open your doors and share the vibrant flavors of Taïm with your community.

Our initial training program varies depending on your experience but typically includes seven (7) days of classroom and onsite training at one of our corporate locations.

Training must be completed 45 days prior to your grand opening, and there’s no training fee for up to three (3) people you choose to bring along. You’ll just cover travel, food, and lodging. In addition, two of our experienced team members will be at your restaurant for up to seven (7) days during your opening to support daily operations, inventory management, and team execution.

By the end of training, you’ll feel ready to run your Taïm restaurant with confidence and deliver the fresh, flavorful experience our guests love.

Absolutely. Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen has a preferred vendor program that ensures every location has access to the same high-quality products and ingredients that make our food fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. We’ll walk you through setting up vendor accounts and ordering your opening inventory so you’re ready to go from day one.
At this time, we don’t offer direct financing, but we can connect you with trusted third-party lenders and equipment leasing companies who specialize in working with qualified franchise operators.
Yes! We know many franchise partners want to grow with us. Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen offers multi-unit opportunities with protected territories, so you can expand your business and bring fresh Mediterranean flavor to even more guests. We’ll discuss multi-unit options at the time of your franchise closing.

We recommend a minimum of $200,000 in liquid assets and a net worth of $500,000 to qualify.

Initial Franchise Fee: $35,000
Royalty Fee: 6% of gross sales
Marketing Fee: 2.5% of monthly gross revenue (for national brand development)
Local Marketing Fund: 1.5% of gross sales (used in your community under our guidance)

These funds are designed to help you build a strong local presence while contributing to the national momentum of the Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen brand.

We’ll work closely with you and your real estate partners to identify the best possible location. The ideal site is in a high-traffic area surrounded by community activity, such as:

Mixed-use developments, office clusters, and lifestyle centers
Populations of at least 150,000 within a 3-mile radius
Near college campuses, hospitals, or major retail corridors
Close to schools, parks, or residential neighborhoods

Most Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen locations are around 1,500 square feet, ideally with outdoor seating. Visibility and accessibility are key and our team will help ensure your restaurant stands out.

Most franchise partners open their first Taïm Mediterranean Kitchen within 12 months of signing their franchise agreement. This timeline may be shorter if your location has already been identified and approved.

Without a doubt. From the moment you join the Taïm family, our marketing team begins preparing your grand opening strategy. You’ll benefit from national brand campaigns, local launch guidance, and community engagement tactics designed to build awareness and drive guest traffic.

Our approach combines the strength of the Taïm brand with local activation from digital and PR support to grand opening event coordination to help you make a strong first impression in your community.
